Solar Canvasser

Acro Energy is looking for highly motivated individuals to join our canvassing team in the Central Valley area.  You will get paid $15 per hour and bonuses based on results.  This position is responsible for generating high quality leads by engaging in door to door neighborhood canvassing.  While doing so it is the responsibility of the canvasser to record accurate data regarding prospective customers, and the targeted market area.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Generate high quality leads by conducting door-to-door canvassing in assigned territories.
• Set daily realistic goals in order to improve the flow of leads for Energy Consultants.
• Always be positive and enthusiastic about Acro Energy services.
• Keep up to date on product and service changes.
• Keep up to date on and follow all existing and new Acro Energy policies.
• Maintain required record keeping and reporting of all activities.
• Be courteous, neat, clean and in proper attire at all times.
• Provide feedback of canvassing results.

Results Expected:

• Generate highly qualified leads that are ready to go solar.
• Have a helping hand in achieving sales goals.
• Represent Acro Energy at all times with the utmost degree of professionalism.
• Be a cooperative team player.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous direct sales or canvassing experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Extremely self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods at a time.
• Reliable, professional appearance & punctual.
• Positive mental attitude with the willingness to learn and grow with an aspiring company.
• Coachable with the ability to take constructive feedback.
• Upbeat and Persuasive personality a must.
