You are automatically entered into the sweepstakes when you complete the questionnaire at www.savewithsolarpower.net or call 1-866-711-2276 and provide your contact information and information on your electricity usage. Only one entry allowed per household. Sweepstakes limited to homeowners in California. Sweepstakes begins on July 20, 2010 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) and ends on August 31, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. (PT). Winners will be determined every week starting on August 11, 2010 and notified by phone. iPad will be shipped to the address registered with Acro Energy. Please allow 6-10 weeks for delivery. Eligibility: The "Save With Solar Sweepstakes" is open and offered only to legal residents of the state of California, age 18 or older as of the date of entry. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Void where prohibited by law. The "Save With Solar Sweepstakes" is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Entrants from organizations which prohibit or restrict participation in promotions such as these are not eligible to participate. Entrants are responsible for confirming with their organization any policies or restrictions concerning participation in sweepstakes and similar programs. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entry if it concludes that the entrant has tampered with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or has acted in violation of the Official Rules or any applicable federal, state, provincial or local laws or regulations. Employees of Acro Energy and their family members are not eligible for the sweepstakes.

Promotional Period: Sweepstakes begins on July 20, 2010 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") and ends on August 31, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. (PT) (the "Promotional Period").

Entry: During the Promotional Period, there are two (2) ways to enter. 1) You will receive one entry into the Sweepstakes when you complete a questionnaire online at www.savewithsolarpower.net or by calling 1-866-711-2276. Multiple entries from a household will not be accepted. To enter without completing a questionnaire, on a 3 x 5 card hand-print your name, home address, home number and date of birth and mail to: Save With Solar Sweepstakes, 598 S. Sierra Ave., Oakdale, CA 95361. Entry must be postmarked by August 31, 2010 and received by September 7, 2010. Mechanical reproductions will not be accepted. Only one entry per household permitted regardless of entry method. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

Drawing: Starting on August 11, 2010 and every week thereafter until September 8, 2010, potential winner(s) will be selected by Acro Energy by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period. All decisions of Sponsor and the judges are final and binding. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by email, phone and/or U.S. Mail within thirty (30) days after the drawing and asked to complete and return within ten (10) days of issuance an affidavit of eligibility and liability release, and unless prohibited by law, a publicity release allowing use of the entrant's name, likeness, city, state, and biographical material (collectively, "Licensed Rights") in any media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity for advertising and publicity purposes, without additional review, compensation, permission or approval of the winner. Noncompliance within this time period, noncompliance with these Official Rules, or the return of any prize notification as undeliverable, may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner. Prize will be awarded in the name of the entrant whose name appears as associated with the potentially winning entry, unless organization policy prohibits employees from receiving prizes in their own name, in which event the prize will be awarded in the name of the organization or as otherwise provided under the organization's policy.

Prizes: Five (5) recipients will receive a 32GB iPad worth approximately $600. Prizes are non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash or other substitution may be made, except by Sponsor which reserves the right to award a prize of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. All federal, state and local taxes are the responsibility of the winner. Prize are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor.

Release: Sweepstakes entrants (i) release and hold harmless Acro Energy and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, legal advisors, advertising and promotional agencies, and web suppliers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with or participation in the Sweepstakes or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death or property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy; and (ii) consent to the use by Sponsor and its designees of their names, addresses, likeness and/or any statements for advertising and promotion purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known, without additional compensation, notification or permission, except where prohibited by law. Released Parties are not responsible for any late, lost, incomplete, illegible, stolen, undelivered, misdirected or postage-due entries or applications, or for any computer, technical, printing, typographical, human or other error, including, without limitation, errors by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or which may occur in the printing, the offering or announcing of prizes, administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries of any kind relating to or in connection with this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel this Sweepstakes at any time, for any reason including but not limited to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or other technical problem, security, or other problems or activities. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize(s) in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the time of cancellation.

Disputes: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California.
