Solar systems powering more California agribusinesses

Lundberg Family Farms is leading the way into Commercial renewable energy with their newly installed Solar Energy System. The EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) stated that this was the "the largest U.S. renewable energy commitment by an agribusiness."  In fact, it seems that farmers have been adopting solar power at a much faster rate than other businesses.

It's not just because of the old adage that "the real greens are farmers and hunters because their livelyhood depends on respecting the earth."  Solar power is saving agribusiness millions in avoided electrical costs - the proof is in the pudding.
