One of America's largest finance firms, Morgan Stanley, will be financing solar power for the retail behemoth Wal-Mart. This is a great little article, and as an added bonus: it explains "power purchase agreements," or PPAs. A PPA is a financing scenario where large businesses elect to host a solar system that is owned by a financier. The business wins by gaining lower utility bills while the finance company reaps a good return on investment.
