Local schools successfully trim their energy spending

Local school districts such as Ceres and Empire are leading a perfect example of how solar energy and conservation techniques can lead way to a cleaner life and more cash in their pockets. After beating expectations across the board by saving $270,000, or 25% from power bills for the district.
